Walmart app non allowing delivery. Each time Im ready to checkout everything becomes "out of stock." Pick up is ok. Im paying annual fee and this has been an issue for a week. A country club next to me within 1000 feet can receive delivery though. How is this possible. One 1 side of the street information technology works and the other side information technology does not.

On Saturday I ordered groceries for a Sunday delivery and non delivered - the request never made it to the shop and was not assigned a driver. All personnel I talked with reported a variety of technical difficulties (could not query order past order # / but by name), store associate reported she knew there was a problem as they were only seeing pick up orders (no delivery orders). Chat banana plainly was experiencing a lot of lag as he was trying to resolve my problem. I cancelled my order late Monday night and went to Safeway.

I placed my Walmart lodge as usual. I selected a time and date which was shown as available. I have the Walmart delivery choice which I pay for yearly. Everything looked alright so I placed my club. When I got the confirmation email it said curbside pickup instead of delivery. I couldn't find a way to change it dorsum to delivery so, i called customer service. Ii reps were unable to help me proverb the change couldn't be made later on I placed the order. Isn't at that place some way for Walmart to fix this? I will accept to take a taxi to Walmart if a taxi is available between 2:00 and iii:00 PM (I can't change this either.)

I want to buy a bra in my size and the mode I choose. None of the options include size or manner. I tin can pick when I want to option it up, where, what price range and which make, only not whatsoever sizes or styles. And when I put the size and style (underwire) in the search box, none of the results take been filtered out. If I want to brand a choice I have to click on each one and see if it comes in the size and mode I want.
The exact same problem applies to other items of clothing.
Used to exist able to do all of that, but not any more. The web site is basically unusable for everyone who wants a caste of personal choice.
Are the people who blueprint these web pages and approve them total idiots? Evidently.

Not all improvements are adept ones; equally proven past Walmart's contempo web site upgrade! Very frustrating when all you desire to practice is gild groceries, know what your possible substitutions volition be and then bank check out. Called CS and since they can not practise anything I had to wait a week or two for price to exist fixed. I would be firing tiptop level people along with the IT group that ruined the perfectly user friendly spider web they had for years. When I try to remove them again , it says this particular has already been removed. Did this three times. When I went to pick up my order, the items that I cancelled were yet at that place when I went to selection them upward. The manager came out and removed over $30. worth of products that I had cancelled in my order.

Seems they are playing a "new" game. After I placed my online order ( I'm a member and not charged a delivery fee for over $35.). They sent me a copy of my guild and added a "pending bag fee". I called and the customer service rep told me that she didn't know what that was, because it didn't show upward on her organization. She then asked where I received the electronic mail from. I told her that since I had placed the club with Walmart, that she could be sure that information technology wasn't from Fry's. At that point she hung up on me. Chosen back and was then told that since I had non stated that I would pay for bags for my food to be put into, I wouldn't exist charged. Seriously? If this charge does testify up on my credit menu, I volition dispute this.

When you press and hold, yous become a check mark, indication by three moving dots, that it is working and then it tells you to "please try again". Continuous loop. When I try to checkout I am directed to a page with email and password fields and told to sign in again.
BUT these fields will not allow me to enter anything.
The only buttons that work are SIGN IN, which reminds me again to enter email and password, and LEAVE FEEDBACK which I have left twice. Phone customer service prompted me to logout and log in again, and and so endeavor to purchase as "guest". Aforementioned consequence.
And so wait 24 hours because this is a known upshot.

I am getting no new purchace history for the last 2 days. I accept placed commitment orders and paid for them but zip shows upwardly in my purchase history and zippo showed upwards at my door. It is and then frustrating! I am disabled and homebound. I need my groceries delivered. What the heck is going on and why are orders completely disappearing in the purchase history? I did a save equally on my order today (before it disappeared once more) to make certain I had an order number. It did save in my computer files. But once once more, purchase history for yesterday and today is gone!

I have been using Pickup service for over a twelvemonth and a half. The past few weeks the app seems to be set for shipping not curbside. Most of my grocery items now say "in-shop buy only". The app volition not allow me to add them to my cart. I am not going to be forced inside to practice half of my shopping!
